I will upgrade my review to 3 stars since you did the right thing but making me jump through hoops does not earn 5 stars. While that is good I should not have had to go through this, and neither should anyone else, please start honoring all perpetual licenses in future so others do not have to go through all this. Edit: They have agreed to honor the license. Your also violating US law by doing so and I will see you held responsible.

It is STILL Wondershare Uniconverter and if you do not honor your license you are scamming everyone who bought one, plain and simple. Adding the number 13 to the product does NOT excuse you from that. It means literally FOREVER, in other words a lifetime license.
In response to your answer here however you apparently don't understand what the word "perpetual" means.
This is an absolute scam, do not trust these people to honor their licenses because they do not. It's NOT a new product, they made some updates and added a few things but it's the SAME. I bought a perpetual license for Wondershare Uniconverter, now that 13 has come out they are trying to claim it's a new product and I need to pay to continue using it.

At no point when I paid for the perpetual license was I informed that the license would only apply to version 12 and not to any further upgrades.
